2.0 UPDATE Pre-notice
Hello! Greetings from the Avatara Team,
It’s been almost half a year since we began our services, and we are pleased to say that our team has accomplished most of our early plans via our regular updates and etc.
To top this, we are excited to unveil our 2.0 massive update which is full of new content and opportunities to enjoy!
Without further ado, here are some of the details regarding the new update!
1. Addition of the White Mage Class
White Mages are mages that utilize holy magic and whilst their skillset and supporting abilities enables them to be effective healers, they are also able to disrupt and debuff your enemies. Through the 1st job advancement, Visitors can either choose to follow the path of a Priest or Templar.
- Priests : Priests are apt healers that can heal your party as well as use supportive magic to help with battle.
- Templar : Being much more battle-oriented than that of Priests, Templars utlize powerful holy magic that can be used to obliterate enemies that stand in your way.
2. Server Renewal Process
We would like to apologize for any troubles we have caused for our Visitors in light of the recent update. The Avatara team promised you that we will continue to provide better gaming experiences for all.
The first step to this is none other than renewing and optimizing the servers. Currently there are thirteen functioning game servers for AVATARA : eight ASIA servers, two WEST servers, one SEA server, one SA server and one ARENA server. server.
This current system is putting restraints on Visitors in terms of content due to power discrepancies among the various servers.
As such, AVATARA will focus on expanding the user limit of each server, as well as balancing the aforementioned discrepancies among the servers to ensure that Visitors can enjoy content through fair competition
- Visitors in ASIA 1 to 8 Can select one of the following servers : ASIA-Laulea, ASIA-Rowin, ASIA-Eiren
- West 1 to 2 and the SA-1 Server will be integrated into one separate server.
- The SEA-1, ARENA servers were excluded from the server renewal process
3. New servers (ASIA, SEA)
Two additional servers have been added: ASIA-Halla, SEA-Reaper
4. Siege Battle
As many of our visitors have been anticipating, the Siege Battle content will be available in the near future sometime during the second quarter. We will provide detailed schedules via future announcements.
The Siege Battle content is set to be Avatara’s Largest battle content yet, taking place in the a separate setting rather than the typical field battles from before. Siege Battle is guild-oriented, as such whichever guild retains the Protection Stone placed within the battlefield until the end, wins.
Only Guildmasters from guilds that are lv 10 or higher are able to apply for the Siege Battles, also at least 10 members must be online during the time of application.
Also, Siege Battles are exclusive content that are only availabe within the ARENA server. Complete with never-seen before rewards and excitement, please enjoy the Siege Battle content that will be available soon!
- Moving your character to the Arena server will only be available for a week after the Last Thursday from each month. For further details, please check out the link below (1.20 Patch Notes)

- Server Migration Tikcets will be available in the store for a limited amount of time after the 2.0 update / server renewal.
5. Special Event
In celebration of our 2.0 massive update, we have prepared generous gifts for our dedicated visitors!
Details regarding the event will be announced in the near future.

어느덧 아바타라가 서비스된지도 반년이라는 시간이 흘렀습니다. 아바타라는 정식 런칭 후 꾸준히 업데이트를 실시하며 정해진 로드맵을 착실히 수행해 왔습니다.
이에 안주하지 않고 많은 콘텐츠가 담긴 2.0 대규모 업데이트를 통해 또 한번 새로운 도약을 꾀하고자 합니다.
AVATARA의 첫번째 2.0 대규모 업데이트를 공개합니다.
1. White Mage 클래스 추가
White Mage는 신성 마법을 사용하는 직업으로 생명력과 마나를 회복하고 적을 방해하는 직업입니다. White Mage의 1차 전직을 통해 Priest 와 Templar중 하나를 선택하여 육성할 수 있습니다.
- Priest : 치유형 White Mage인 Priest는 동료를 치료하고 이로운 마법을 사용하는 등 전투에 간접적으로 도움을 주는 직업입니다.
- Templar : 전투형 White Mage인 Templar는 강력한 신성마법으로 무장하여 눈앞의 적을 한 순간에 제압할 수 있는 직업입니다.
2. 서버 리뉴얼
먼저 최근 업데이트 이후 여러 방문자분들이 보내주시는 우려에 대해 송구스럽습니다. 아바타라팀은 이 부분에 대해 사과드리며 방문자분들이 더욱 즐겁게 게임하실 수 있도록 노력하도록 하겠습니다.
그 중 한 방법으로 서버 리뉴얼을 진행합니다. 현재 아바타라는 ASIA 서버 8개, WEST 서버 2개, SEA 서버 1개, SA 서버 1개, 그리고 ARENA 서버 까지 총 13개의 서버를 운영하고 있습니다. 현재의 시스템에서는 서버간 전투력 차이로 인해 서버간 콘텐츠에 제한이 생기고 있습니다.
이에 아바타라는 방문자수를 증대시키고, 서버간 밸런스를 맞추어 방문자분들이 공정한 경쟁을 통해 컨텐츠를 즐길 수 있도록 하는것에 초점을 맞추겠습니다.
- ASIA 1 ~ 8 서버 유저는 ASIA-Laulea, ASIA-Rowin, ASIA-Eiren 중 하나의 서버를 선택할 수 있습니다.
- WEST 1~2, SA-1 서버는 WEST-Siam 서버로 통합됩니다.
- SEA-1, ARENA 서버는 서버리뉴얼 대상에서 제외됩니다.
3. ASIA, SEA 서버 추가
ASIA-Halla, SEA-Reaper 서버가 추가됩니다.
4. 공성전 업데이트
많은 방문자분들이 기다려 주셨던 공성전 컨텐츠가 2분기에 추가됩니다. 자세한 일정은 추후 공지를 통해 전달 드리겠습니다.
공성전은 아바타라의 최대 규모의 전투 컨텐츠로 필드에서 이루어지는 일반적인 전투가 아닌 독립된 공간에서 이루어지는 특별한 길드단위의 전투 컨텐츠 입니다. 전장에 배치된 수호석을 소유한 길드가 승리합니다.
공성전은 길드장만 참가신청이 가능하며 길드레벨이 10이상이어야 합니다. 또한 공성전 신청 당시에 접속중인 길드원이 10명 이상이어야 합니다.
또한 공성전은 ARENA 서버에서만 즐길 수 있는 ARENA 서버 한정 특별 콘텐츠 입니다. 아바타라만의 특별한 서버 ARENA에서만 만나보실 수 있는 만큼 이전에 없던 푸짐한 보상과 재미를 더했으니 많은 기대 부탁드립니다.
- ARENA 서버로의 이전은 매달 마지막주 목요일부터 1주일간 가능합니다. 자세한 내용은 1.20 패치노트를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

5. 푸짐한 이벤트
2.0 대규모 업데이트 맞춰 방문자님들을 위해 푸짐한 선물을 준비하였습니다.
상세 이벤트 내용은 추후 공개될 예정이며, 푸짐한 보상이 준비되어 있습니다.
